RENEX Group was awarded the Award of the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in the Economy Category.

On June 14, 2022, a gala was held in the amphitheater of the Ethnographic Museum in Toruń, during which prestigious distinctions – the Awards of the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship – were received by the creators of the most valuable projects in thirteen areas of public, social and economic activity.

The award in the “Economy” category was granted to RENEX Group for the development of the REECO Coating Robot within the activities of RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER.

The award-winning device was developed to automate a production step involving the spray distribution of fluids. This includes, in particular, the application of various types of coatings, including the conformal coating often used in the electronics manufacturing industry. The automatic machine is equipped with a spray valve to ensure even application of liquid coatings of low to medium viscosity and an integrated nozzle flushing system to eliminate the problem of manually cleaning the valve.

This is yet another of the awards given to REECO robots. In 2020, the entire series was awarded the TERAZ POLSKA emblem.

This award is very valuable to us in two dimensions. First, because of the fact that we feel strongly connected to the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. It is here that we founded our business over 33 years ago, and despite the passage of years and the growth of our company – now across Central and Eastern Europe – it is here that we still have our headquarters and with this place we bind our future. An equally important aspect for us is the appreciation by the competition’s committee of the modern technologies embodied in the device we developed. The key mission of our company is to provide support to our customers and partners. We believe that action in the aspect of consulting, training as well as developed and offered high-end equipment has a very significant impact on the development of many industries, including those in the sphere of modern technologies. (…) The greatest thanks and congratulations are due to the RENEX Group Team – especially our Research and Development Department, specialists of the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER, as well as Employees and Associates of other departments of our Group, who contributed to the development of the awarded REECO Coating Robot.” – commented by Mr. and Mrs. Marzena Szczotkowska-Topić and Predrag Topić, owners of RENEX Group.

REECO robots are a series of ready-to-use devices that can be implemented in running production lines, without the need for a complicated process solution design and integration. Depending on the model, the devices can perform operations such as twisting, dispensing, painting, soldering or labeling. The flagship and first device in this series is the REECO Soldering Robot. It is a device designed to carry out one of the stages in the production of electronic devices – the soldering of through-hole components on PCBs. Thus, the device allows automating part of the manufacturing processes in electronics production plants and reducing the associated costs.

RENEX is one of Poland’s largest and longest operating companies, providing state-of-the-art technology in the production and service of electronic equipment.

Since 1989, the company has grown from a supply business to its current extensive structure, which consists of a number of companies in Poland and a network of foreign branches. Today, RENEX Group is made up of entities specialized in distribution, consulting, sales and training. The distribution sphere remains a significant component of RENEX Group’s activities. Thanks to many years of stable operations, the company has gained the trust of the world’s largest manufacturers – becoming an Authorized Distributor of renowned global manufacturers – such as YAMAHA, SEC, JBC, PACE, INDIUM and HELLER. This results in the company having an extremely wide range of products, soldering stations, tools, equipment, preparations and accessories selected for the customer according to his individual needs.

A particularly distinctive feature of RENEX is the training it provides – the company includes, among others, the largest IPC Authorized Training Center in Central and Eastern Europe, where it is possible to obtain full IPC certificates, opening the way to new and demanding markets. During their training courses, trainees use professional equipment and tools. RENEX trainers have many years of experience in training personnel.

The Group has also established the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER, where a team of qualified RENEX Engineers and Technical and Commercial Advisors conducts process training, presentations and tests of the offered equipment and process lines. Trainees have the opportunity to learn about all the equipment that makes up the production process, and customers test the machines and equipment in action before deciding to purchase them. Prototypes and test batches are also made for customers, allowing them to both evaluate the equipment and obtain assistance in selecting appropriate manufacturing processes. These activities are also complemented by a broad spectrum of individualized training in robot operation and programming. YAMAHA’s AUTHORIZED TRAINING CENTER provides training in advanced industrial robotics aimed at integrators, operators, and students. All this means that RENEX remains the only company on the Polish market offering customers a comprehensive service in the field of production and service of electronic devices.

The Group also develops and manufactures its own products. Under the REECO brand, it supplies, among other things, furniture and clothing that protects against electrostatic discharge – i.e. those that must be used to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components. The scope of application of these products, however, goes far beyond the electronics industry, gaining increasing recognition in areas such as the laboratory and pharmaceutical industries. REECO brand products, have been repeatedly awarded with prestigious distinctions, including the Dobry Wzór (Good Design) in the Work category.

Under its second brand, CLEANROOM, the Group builds and services clean rooms widely used in the medical and laboratory industries. As part of its research and development activities, the company has also created the market-recognized REECO line of robots, which was awarded the TERAZ POLSKA emblem this year. In line with the RENEX Group’s specialization, the first model developed allowed the automation of the soldering process, but in recent years new robot variants have also been developed, including those for dispensing, labeling and others based on individual customer needs. The objective of RENEX Group is to comprehensively meet the broad needs of its customers. Through its consulting, training and supply activities, the Group supports the automation and robotization of production processes and thus the far-reaching development of its business partners. Successively expanding its offerings and contributing to the success of its customers, the company has achieved a significant position, becoming well-respected in the electronics industry. Despite tremendous growth, and more than 150 employees, RENEX remains a Family Company guided by the values of openness and trust.
