RENEX Group and the Zespół Szkół Elektrycznych we Włocławku (Electrical School Complex in Wloclawek) have strengthened their long-standing cooperation.

As part of the next stage of cooperation, RENEX Group donated materials and teaching aids to the Zespół Szkół Elektrycznych we Włocławku, which will be used to equip electronic workshops. The contribution included equipment necessary for service and production work on advanced electronics, including a digital microscope, a hot-air station, a fume extractor, hand tools and consumables.

We are pleased that there is a school in Wloclawek, which professionally prepares students for the electronics profession. Not only is it professionally and competently managed, but it also has a qualified teaching staff. We are happy to cooperate with the Zespół Szkół Elektrycznych, because it has a two-way character. We share our 30 years of experience and expertise in the electronics industry. When students of the Zespół Szkół Szkół Elektrycznych undergo internships in our company, they often return to us as employees. Having started working at lower level positions, it very often happens that by learning and gaining experience they reach managerial positions.” – commented Ms. Marzena Szczotkowska-Topić, co-owner of RENEX Group.

The cooperation, among other things, has resulted in the equipping of an electronic assembly workshop at the Zespół Szkół Elektrycznych. As the tutors emphasize, the key issue is to prepare the space so that it reflects the conditions and standards in modern service and production facilities as much as possible. This allows graduating students to consolidate their foothold in the job market. Cooperation with the Zespół Szkół Elektrycznych in Włocławek is embedded in two key spheres of RENEX Group’s operation: providing support for the broadly defined electronics industry and providing support for the local community.

As part of providing support for the electronics industry in the broadest sense, the Group provides a wide range of training, consulting and R&D services to support the development of this field in Poland. In order to achieve this goal, the Group has created the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER, where interested entities can receive assistance in developing their own technologies and obtain knowledge from specialists in a number of spheres of RENEX Group’s operations. The Center also provides specialized training in electronics, automation and robotics.

In providing support for the local community, the RENEX Group is involved in a wide range of events related to the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. The Group supports initiatives aimed at the development of the region, an excellent example of which is last year’s participation as a sponsor in the Polish Athletics Championships held in Włocławek.
