RENEX Group has published a video discussing selected projects and spheres of cooperation in 2021.

In the video, recorded during the recent Warsaw Industry Week fair, RENEX Group discusses the areas of cooperation with the companies BOGMAR BB, COROBOTICS and GM AUTOMATYKA. As representatives of the Group emphasize, the event was an opportunity to summarize these projects and joint activities of 2021.

“Of key importance for our Group is the further development of our REECO and RENEX Robotics brands. Therefore, we were very pleased to be able to jointly summarize the cooperation in these areas. The projects in the field of implementation of robotic solutions that we have started with COROBOTICS and GM AUTOMATYKA show great development potential for the YAMAHA solutions we provide. A similar situation occurs in the area of cooperation with companies distributing through automated dispensing machines such as BOGMAR BB with regard to the REECO brand, where we note a steady increase in interest in the clothing and furniture lines we produce and supply”. – commented Mrs. Marzena Szczotkowska-Topić and Mr. Predrag Topić – owners of RENEX Group.

Robot lutowniczy REECO

RENEX Group presented its own REECO brand products, including specialized robots and industrial furniture. REECO robots are a series of ready-to-use devices, which can be implemented in operating production lines without the need of a complicated process of designing technological solutions and integration. Depending on the model, the devices can perform tasks such as screw assembling, dispensing, coating, soldering or labelling. The flagship device of this series, presented at the Warsaw Industry Week fair, is REECO Soldering Robot. It is a device designed for one of the stages of electronics production – soldering of the components on PCB. Thus, the device allows to automate a part of production processes in electronics plants and to reduce the related costs. At RENEX Group stand, among others, one of the flagship elements of the series was available – the REECO Premium M Antistatic Table with electrically adjustable table top height.

The Fair visitors had also the opportunity to get acquainted with REECO’s Antistatic Furniture offer. This line of specialist industrial furniture was developed with the electronics manufacturing and repair industry in mind, although nowadays, due to its quality, it is gaining popularity among customers from other industries. The furniture has a steel construction covered with coatings with antistatic properties, which makes it suitable for use in EPAs, where advanced electronics are produced and repaired. At the Fair, the modularity and compatibility of REECO Furniture was presented – features that allow to create ergonomic workspaces that reduce the risk of occupational illnesses and increase process efficiency. Moreover, thanks to these features and the consistent quality and availability of the offer maintained over the years, users can seamlessly expand and modify their workspace.

In addition to its own products, RENEX Group also presented specialized equipment from its partners – in particular, YAMAHA industrial robots. The visitors could get acquainted with, among others, the modern LCM transport line and SCARA type robots. The LCM system is a linear conveyor of modular construction, consisting of a linear motor and a carrier used for transporting workpieces. All carriers can move at high speed, with precision and, importantly, fully independently of each other. As the work (operations) can be carried out on the carts themselves, the system is highly space-efficient. It also provides greater freedom in line design and enables rapid changes in production.

YAMAHA SCARA robots were also presented at the fair. This type of device allows for very fast, repeatable and precise movement, and is a universal, movable base on which the user can mount tools according to their needs. YAMAHA offers SCARA industrial robots with arm lengths from 120 to 1000 mm, reach from 240 to 2000 mm, and maximum payloads of up to 50 kg.
