The RENEX Group has established cooperation with HGTECH – the world leader in the production of industrial lasers – and became the exclusive distributor of its products in Poland. RENEX, through its network of foreign branches, will also supply products from HGTECH’s offer in Germany, Slovenia, Romania, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria.

By establishing cooperation with HGTECH, the RENEX Group expands its offer with, among others, a wide range of laser marking products. An example is the LCB – PCB Dual Heads PCB Laser Marking Machine. The device is based on the technology of HGLASER marking equipment which has been in supply and development for eight years and is designed for marking of PCBs for in-line and off-line use. It uses a unique, patented dual head laser system that allows both sides of the board to be marked simultaneously, significantly saving production time and increasing line efficiency. It is available with 10640, 1064, and 354/532nm laser sources, allowing selection of the right source for the required type of PCB encoding.

The unit is also equipped with advanced vision positioning, code identification and a high accuracy motion system (± 0.1 mm) consisting of 3 sets of guide rails. This increases the efficiency of standby, marking and unloading modes. HGLASER marking equipment is appreciated by customers all over the world – as evidenced by the fact that more than 1000 units are ordered and delivered to customers every year.

HGTECH is a world-class manufacturer of industrial lasers. The products offered under the HGLASER brand name include a full range of laser cutting, welding, marking and texturing equipment, laser heat treatment systems and all kinds of support equipment, laser and plasma processing. Since the beginning of its operations, the company has supplied more than 100,000 devices to industrial plants around the world.

HGLASER devices are widely used in metal and plastic processing in industries such as automotive, defence, aerospace, electronics, medical, advertising and household appliances.

The devices allow for making cuts, solders and markings wherever the highest accuracy is required. This applies in particular to the manufacture of precision machinery, electronic components, integrated circuits, semiconductors, measuring machines, as well as the processing of leather, plastics, rubber and jewellery products.

Establishing cooperation with HGTECH is part of the RENEX Group’s policy of providing comprehensive solutions for the electronics industry. Laser marking devices complement the RENEX Line range of equipment for the EMS industry.

From September onwards, it will be possible to test the efficiency and precision of HG Laser equipment under simulated SMT and THT production line conditions at the RENEX TECHNOLOGICAL CENTRE. Tests will also be possible on own components, sub-assemblies and PCBs. If you are interested, please contact RENEX Technical and Sales Advisors.
