Five foreign branches of the RENEX Group have obtained the status of official IPC training centers, thereby gaining the authorization to conduct certified training in accordance with international industry standards. The new licenses have been granted to branches operating in Croatia, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, and North Macedonia, which have been an integral part of the RENEX Group’s structure for many years.
The new licenses granted by the IPC organization primarily cover IPC-A-610 – the most widely used standard in the world defining the acceptability of electronic assemblies. This document precisely outlines quality requirements for soldered connections, through-hole and surface-mount assembly, component placement, and overall workmanship. Obtaining an IPC-A-610 certificate means that a given specialist knows and understands global quality standards, while the company is able to effectively manage production risks and meet the expectations of clients from around the world.
Additionally, the RENEX Group’s branch in Croatia has obtained a license to conduct training in IPC-7711/7721 – a standard covering the repair, rework, and modification of electronic assemblies. This is a vital competency for service departments, prototype production, and companies carrying out low-volume projects, where the ability to safely restore the functionality of assemblies is crucial for minimizing material losses and ensuring production continuity.
The new training authorizations granted to the foreign branches of the RENEX Group are a response to the growing demand in the Southeast European markets for locally accessible technical training—both linguistically and culturally—that also meets the highest international standards. As a result, clients in the region can benefit from comprehensive IPC training delivered in their local language, without the need for international travel, while maintaining the full validity of the certificates.

This marks another step in the development of RENEX EEC – Electronics Education Center, which for years has been training specialists for the electronics and space industries in Poland and across Europe, in cooperation with the international IPC association as well as the European Space Agency (ESA), the ESDA association, and technical universities.
„For many years, we have been investing in technical education by expanding the infrastructure and competencies of our RENEX EEC Center. Obtaining new authorizations by our foreign branches is a natural direction of development – enabling access to top-level knowledge directly at our clients’ workplaces,” emphasizes Marcin Sudomir, Director of the RENEX EEC Training Center.
RENEX Group remains one of the most active IPC educational centers in this part of Europe, continuously expanding its offering with new training programs, locations, and languages. The official authorization of five foreign branches is a testament to the trust RENEX Group enjoys within the IPC structure – and a clear indication of its consistent execution of a long-term strategy to develop competencies within the electronics industry.
