RENEX is proud to announce to have become the exclusive distributor of YAMAHA Robotics’ products in Poland, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania and Bulgaria.

Acting under the brand RENEX ROBOTICS, the company offers the full suite of YAMAHA robots and related technical support, implementation, training and consulting services.

The new offering features a wide range of SCARA industrial robots, Cartesian robots, single axis sliders, articulated robots, vision systems, and controllers.

YAMAHA industrial robots, thanks to their modular, unique and comprehensive solutions, can be used to create new and upgrade existing assembly lines.

The wide range of actions they are capable of allows the automation of elements of the production process including transport, assembly, handling, tightening, drilling, palletization, soldering, quality control, and many others, often limited only by the designers imagination.

YAMAHA advanced industrial robots allow companies all over the world to optimize their production processes. Robots minimize costs, speed up processes, increase precision and minimize waste, thanks to which they are utilized in all industries.

The times call for the most extensive automation possible. Companies which fail to automate production will not be able to compete on the Polish and international markets.

RENEX offers devices and will design individual solutions that are fine-tuned to clients’ needs.

Robot SCARA

YAMAHA Robotics’ products offer a number of features designed to ensure efficient and effective operation. The range includes reliable and precise robots such as SCARA, Cartesian, single-axis and multi-axis robots. All units are controlled by intuitive controllers which allow to combine them into one production line.

The controllers also control the heads with which the robots are equipped, allowing for full process integration. The transport is carried out on magnetic rails allowing for speed, precision and repeatability.

The robots can also be integrated with vision systems to recognize alignment of workpieces or control their quality.

Obviously, robots are used in the electronics industry, where the assembly of often almost microscopic components exceeds the efficient capabilities of human hands.

Reeco soldering robots, which is also a RENEX brand, have found recognition in this area.
