RENEX Group, under its REECO brand, presented its CLEANROOM products at the PCI Days Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Industry Fair. The event also included the presentation of a new addition to the offer – Cleanbox Mobile Zones.

On June 22 – 23, the PCI Days Trade Fair 2022 for pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry was held at the EXPO XXI Conference Center in Warsaw. During the event, RENEX Group, under its REECO brand, presented a cross-section of products dedicated to the laboratory, medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. A key feature of the stand was a new addition to the offer – the Cleanbox Mobile Zone. Cleanbox mobile clean zones allow for the separation of a special clean zone in order to increase the cleanliness class in a certain area of an already functioning cleanroom, or to designate an area with a guaranteed cleanliness level for equipment operation. In the first case, this solution is used, for example, in applications where it is necessary to separate measurement laboratories or create an area for working with semi-finished products. A second example is the application of this arrangement in the work of, e.g., machines repairing LCD screens. A benefit of the concept is the possibility of quick implementation, which does not require advanced architectural designs and interference with the structure of the building. What is also important is that spaces of this type are mobile, which means that the cleanbox can be moved to another location as part of changing production or research needs.

Other products presented in the course of the event included cargo airlocks – active and passive allowing the transfer of objects between two zones with different levels of cleanliness, and an airshower-type personnel airlock, similar in operation. A cross-section of these products enables a safe transfer of objects and people to and from the clean zone, i.e. one that minimizes the risk of contamination. REECO’s CLEANROOM ESD garments were also in high demand among visitors. The line of these products, thanks to the use of dust-free, conductive materials, can be used for work in EPA zones and clean rooms. The stand also featured REECO’s flagship product – the Premium Electric Table with electrically adjustable table top height. This model – which is a universal workstation that can be individually adapted to the requirements of a specific activity – has for many years been gaining increasing recognition among a wide spectrum of entities – including those representing the laboratory, research, medical, cosmetic and pharmacological industries.
